Under Colorado law, the maximum aggregate contribution to a State House campaign is $400 per person or $800 per couple. Colorado campaign finance law (1-45-108 CRS) requires us to obtain and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and name of employer of individuals whose contribution(s) exceed $99 during an election cycle. Contributions are not deductible for income tax purposes.  Contributions by corporations and foreign nationals are strictly prohibited. Colorado law also requires the campaign to disclose the name, address and occupation for each person contributing $20 or more and the occupation and employer of each  person contributing $100 or more per election cycle.
